What is the ruling on selling 30 goats back to the original seller at a higher price after selling him 90 goats?

If the first seller takes possession of the goat's price in the first transaction, and then buys it back for an immediate price, even if it's more, there is no harm in it. Ibn Qudamah considers this permissible as long as it is not used as a means to usury, while Al-Bahuti and Ibn Al-Qasim permit selling the item and receiving its price, then buying it back, because it is not a means to usury.
