What is the ruling on remaining in a job where the manager and supervisor commit financial violations, of which some partners are aware but not others, given that the questioner is aware of these violations and does not participate in them? Is he obligated to leave the job if reporting is futile?

It is not permissible to dispose of the company's funds except after consulting the appointed accountant, unless there is a necessity, provided that the company's law regarding the establishment of financial rights is observed. As for the supervisor taking a return without the partners' consent, this is not permissible, and this wrong must be forbidden. Whoever has taken this money must repent to Allah by returning it to the company.
