If the heirs are limited to two daughters, a full brother, and a full sister, then the two daughters receive two-thirds, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if there are [only] daughters - two or more - for them is two thirds of what he left." The remainder goes to the full brother and sister, with the male receiving the share of two females. Thus, the inheritance is divided into 9 shares: each daughter receives 3 shares, the brother receives 2 shares, and the sister receives 1 share. Issues related to inheritances must be submitted to the Sharia courts.
