What is the ruling on the prayer of one who is assailed by lustful thoughts during prayer, with the possibility of seminal fluid (madhiy) exiting but without certainty thereof, and how can one get rid of these thoughts?

Getting rid of evil thoughts is achieved by being mindful of Allah Almighty and feeling shy of His awareness of the servant's inner self, even though the servant is not held accountable for these thoughts. The emission of pre-seminal fluid (madhiy) nullifies ablution (wudu'). If one is certain of its emission during prayer, it is obligatory to interrupt the prayer and repeat the ablution. However, mere doubt does not necessitate anything. If one is certain of the emission of pre-seminal fluid after prayer, it is obligatory to repeat the ablution and the prayer. It is not necessary to search or squeeze the penis to confirm the emission of pre-seminal fluid. The emission of pre-seminal fluid as a result of squeezing the penis does not invalidate the prayer that preceded its emission. One should be cautious of obsessive thoughts (waswas) and turn away from them.
