To what extent is the following hadith authentic: "Every female with a chemise is a maternal aunt"?

"Every woman with a sash is an aunt" is not a Hadith; rather, it is a pre-Islamic proverb used to describe a man who is jealous of every woman. Its origin is that when Hammam ibn Murrah al-Shaybani raided Banu Asad, and his mother was from among them, and he took women captive, a woman asked him: "Are you doing this to your aunts?" He replied: "Every woman with a sash is an aunt," meaning that women are all the same. The "sash" (siddar) is a garment that covers the chest and shoulders.
