How authentic is the Hadith: "Curse them, for they are cursed" concerning women who display their adornments (mutabarrijat)?

Imam Ahmad narrated from Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with both of them) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "In the last days of my Ummah, there will be men who ride on saddles like the شبه الرحال (camel saddles), dismounting at the doors of mosques. Their women will be dressed but naked, with something like the humps of lean Bactrian camels on their heads. Curse them, for they are cursed. If there were a nation behind you, your women would serve their women as the women of previous nations served you." This hadith has been authenticated by Ibn Hibban, Al-Hakim, and Al-Albani.
