Is it permissible to curse immodestly dressed women given the Messenger of Allah's (PBUH) saying: "Towards the end of my Ummah, there will be women who are dressed yet naked, their heads like the humps of camels; curse them, for they are indeed accursed"?

It is not permissible to curse a specific Muslim, even if they are disobedient or immodest, because we do not know what their end will be. However, it is permissible to curse immodest women in general.
