Is it permissible to curse immodestly dressed women (mutabarrijat) due to the saying of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "There will be in the latter part of my Ummah women who are dressed yet naked, with on their heads something like the humps of camels; curse them, for they are indeed cursed"?

The Hadith (definition) narrated by Ahmad, Ibn Hibban, Tabarani, and Al-Hakim from Abdullah ibn Amr describes men riding "like شبه الرجال" (ashbāh al-rijāl - resembling men) at the doors of mosques, and their women "clothed yet naked, their heads like the humps of lean camels," calling for them to be cursed because they are accursed. Ahmad Shakir authenticated the hadith, and Al-Albani graded it as hasan (definition) (good). Some believe it refers to modern cars and the presence of some unveiled women at mosques. As for cursing the unveiled woman and those who assist her, there is a difference of opinion among jurists, with the majority prohibiting it.
