Is it permissible for a girl to register in forums and reply to posts from the opposite gender, and discuss with them within the bounds of respect and brotherhood, for the purpose of asking specialists or contributing to the dissemination of Islamic topics and stories?

A woman is permitted to participate in good forums for the purpose of spreading truth and inviting to Allah, provided she adheres to the Sharia guidelines, such as carefully choosing her words, refraining from establishing forbidden relationships, and ensuring the absence of fitna (temptation/strife). Conversation between the sexes is permissible when there is a need for it, provided there is no softening of the speech and it is limited to the extent of that need, while bearing in mind that means take the ruling of their ends, so whatever leads to something forbidden is itself forbidden. Evidence for this permissibility is available in the Quran, Sunnah, and the biographies of the Companions, such as the story of Khawla bint Tha'laba, and the Hadith of the woman who offered herself to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him. One must be mindful of Allah's constant observation, avoid softening speech in a way that incites fitna, ensure that neither party takes pleasure in the other's conversation, and whoever fears fitna is prohibited from listening and speaking.
