Do drops of a clear fluid indicate the onset of puberty in a boy—given the presence of some sparse pubic hair—and is it considered to break the fast?

We have previously mentioned the signs of puberty and the difference between madhy (pre-seminal fluid) and maniy (seminal fluid), and it appears that the fluid in question is madhy and not maniy. Some scholars have explicitly stated that the emission of madhy is equivalent to the emission of maniy regarding the ruling of puberty. However, the more correct view, in our opinion, is that one who masturbates and emits madhy without ejaculating maniy does not break their fast thereby. Based on this, the person mentioned did not break their fast by what occurred.
