Is it permissible to work in a profession other than dentistry to avoid mixing and temptation, even if that goes against the mother's wishes?

Women working in the medical field, especially dentistry, serves the interest of the Muslim community and meets a pressing need for women to avoid treatment by male strangers. It is incumbent upon them to adhere to the Islamic reservations, such as lowering the gaze and dressing modestly, and avoiding touching or being in seclusion with strange men. It is also permissible for them to wear the niqab and dark glasses for complete covering. This work is conditional on the absence of fitna (temptation or discord); if fitna is feared, it must be avoided. It is recommended to continue memorizing the Qur'an, as it is one of the best acts of worship, and it is possible to combine medical work with teaching the Qur'an.
