The name "Nadine" is foreign and means hope or aspiration. There is no harm in it unless it carries a forbidden meaning, or is exclusive to disbelievers, or is one of their symbols. Names are of three types: those exclusive to Muslims, those exclusive to disbelievers (which Muslims are not permitted to use), and those common to all (which both Muslims and disbelievers may use). Based on this, there is no impediment to using it, although Muslims should strive for distinctiveness in names and rely on Arabic names.
