Scholars have differed regarding the permissibility of renting for a percentage of the profit, and what is most preponderant in our view is its permissibility. It is not permissible to take anything from the premises without the owner's permission. If the owner deducts from the rent unjustly, demand your right from him. If he does not give it, then refer the matter to the competent authorities.
