Is it permissible to say "Subbuhun Quddusun Rabbul Malaa'ikati war-Ruh" (Glorified, Most Holy, Lord of the angels and the Spirit) during bowing (rukūʿ) and prostration (sujūd)?

It has been authentically reported from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to say in his bowing (ruku) and prostration (sujud): "Subbuh Quddus, Rabb al-Mala'ikah wa al-Ruh (Glorified, Most Holy, Lord of the angels and the Spirit)," and he would often say: "Subhanaka Allahumma wa bihamdika, Allahumma ighfir li (Glory be to You, O Allah, and with Your praise, O Allah, forgive me)."
