Is it permissible for a girl who committed a shameful act and repented to seek marriage with the same married young man, and is it permissible for her to resort to magic to convince her family to agree, and what should she recite from the Quran to facilitate her marriage and grant her success in her life?

It is not permissible for a girl to marry without the consent of her guardian, nor is it lawful for her to use magic to convince them, as it is one of the grave sins. She should turn to Allah with sincere supplication to open the hearts of her parents to approve her marriage to the young man if he is righteous and has repented from fornication. There is no specific surah or verse for pleasing others; rather, she must persist in supplication. After that, she can inform her parents of her desire, and if they refuse, she should seek mediation from someone who has influence over them. If they insist on refusing, she should tell them what happened with the young man and show them her repentance and remorse, hoping they might agree out of concern for her protection. If they still refuse, she must be patient and seek reward from Allah, and avoid going to sorcerers, for "whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out."
