Is it permissible for a divorced woman to marry a misyar marriage with the testimony of witnesses, without her father's knowledge, if the father opposes her marriage to a pious and suitable man, given the increasing difficulty she faces in getting married and her desire to protect her chastity?

If a father prevents his daughter from marrying a suitable man (kuf’), he is considered to be unlawfully withholding her (ʽāḍil). However, she is not permitted to marry without a guardian (walī). If the father insists on his refusal, she may present her case to the Sharia judge (al-Qāḍī al-Sharʽī) for him to marry her or to order her guardian to do so.
