Is it permissible to clean with newspaper free of Quranic verses and the word "Allah," knowing that some prohibit its use due to the presence of the Arabic language in it?

If newspapers are devoid of Qur’anic verses, Prophetic traditions (Hadith), or the names of prophets and messengers accompanied by their specific identifiers, then there is no objection to cleaning with them. However, if they contain any of these, it is not permissible to use them in a way that constitutes degradation, as scholars have stated the prohibition of trampling upon any venerated name or disrespecting the Mus'haf (Qur'an) and what contains the words of Allah.
