Is kissing one's paternal aunt on the lips permissible?

A man should not kiss his mahārim (unmarriageable kin) on the lips or bite them lightly, because it arouses desire and leads to committing the forbidden. This applies when there is no fear of fitna (temptation/strife). However, if there is suspicion or fear of fitna, then it is forbidden, whether on the lips or elsewhere.
