It is not permissible to buy shares in institutions that trade in intoxicants (khamr) or other unlawful things. Whoever has done so must dispose of them and spend the proceeds from the sale of the intoxicants on the general welfare of the Muslims, or on the owner if he is in hardship, or on his poor children. Otherwise, it should be given to the poor and needy with the intention of ridding oneself of unlawful wealth, not as charity, though she (the owner) will be rewarded for her good intention. If you do not know the amount of the illicit gain, then act upon what you predominantly believe will clear your conscience.
