Is it permissible to be named "Aysal" or "Nalsy," and what is the meaning of each if it is unusual?

We have not come across a meaning for the names mentioned, and perhaps they are foreign. If that is the case, it is not permissible to name with them unless their meaning is known, out of fear that they might be among the names forbidden by Islamic law due to containing a bad meaning or a slogan that contradicts religion and morals. This cannot be guaranteed in this present era.
