How can one have intercourse with an unproblematic intersex person who was discovered to be female after marriage and only has an anus and a male organ?

A man's marriage to a hermaphrodite who is found to be female is permissible in Islamic law, even if she has male genitalia, as long as she menstruates and is capable of pregnancy. This means she has a female vulva from which she urinates and menstruates. As for someone who only has male genitalia and an anus, they are not a hermaphrodite and are not ruled as female. A hermaphrodite is someone who has both male genitalia and a female vulva, or an opening in the place of the vulva from which urine exits. An unclarified hermaphrodite is one in whom signs of masculinity or femininity are clearly apparent.
