What is the ruling on a girl delaying prayer due to continuous work that prevents her from praying on time or leaving the workplace, especially if the times for Asr and Maghrib prayers conflict?

Delaying the prayer beyond its appointed time is a major sin. Allah Almighty says: (So woe to those who pray, [But] who are heedless of their prayer) [Al-Ma'un: 4-5]. Ibn Abbas and others interpreted this as delaying the prayer beyond its time. The inability to leave work is not a valid excuse for delaying it. One must repent from this and strive to perform the prayer at its appointed time, knowing that provision is in the hand of Allah. Allah Almighty says: (And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect) [At-Talaq: 2-3]. If you have missed any prayers, you must make them up.
