Is housing support obligatory for children after divorce, and is it possible to demand that they live with the father?

Financial support and housing are obligatory for both male and female children until the male child reaches puberty and is able to earn, and the female child gets married. Custody is the mother's right unless something occurs to forfeit her custody, such as marriage or a chronic illness. The father does not have the right to demand that the male and female children live with him. The Sharia judge determines the necessary expenses for financial support and housing and prioritizes what he deems appropriate from the sayings of the people of knowledge.
