Is it permissible to use seeds of the "kif" plant (from which hashish is extracted) with henna to treat severe hair loss, after trying several medications without success?

"Cannabis seeds are one of two possibilities: either they are intoxicating, like hashish, in which case it is impermissible to use them for medicinal purposes. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah has made a cure for every disease, so seek treatment, but do not seek treatment with what is unlawful." And his (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah has not made the cure for my nation in what He has forbidden to them." The second possibility is that a person does not become intoxicated by consuming a large amount of them. In this case, it is permissible to use them for treatment, and it does not matter then that intoxicating hashish is extracted from them."
