What is the ruling on my signing to transfer a deposit amount from the company's account to the accounts of usurious banks, knowing that the finance department is the one that negotiates with the banks, and the transfer of the amount requires two signatures, one of which is mine?

It is not permissible to sign for the transfer of a deposit to an usurious bank for it to invest it in unlawful ways and give interest. This is an usurious transaction that is impermissible to engage in directly or to assist with, due to the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression" [Quran 5:2], and because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its two witnesses, and its scribe, and he said: "They are all alike."
