What is the interpretation of Allah Almighty's saying: ?

Allah forbids taking disbelievers as allies instead of believers, meaning not to take them as helpers, close companions, or show them loyalty in religion, nor to support them against Muslims, or expose Muslim vulnerabilities to them. There are various forms of showing loyalty to disbelievers, including honoring them, exalting them, supporting them, and being overly kind to them; whoever does so, Allah disavows him. Allah has made an exception for situations of fear from disbelievers in their lands, where one may show some degree of loyalty and dissimulation, or if one is coerced into an action or statement that implies loyalty to them, then there is no blame upon him.
