Is the marriage of a previously married woman (thayyib) who consented to marry a jealous suitor in front of her family a valid marriage in the sight of God?

The legal marriage is not constituted by the aforementioned verbal exchange between the man and the woman, nor does she become his wife thereby. For a legal marriage contract has conditions and pillars without which it is not valid, including: the guardian (wali), witnesses, and the offer and acceptance. And the marriage of a woman without a guardian is an invalid marriage according to the majority of scholars, whether the woman is a virgin or previously married.
