Does the smoke from a tabun or oven resulting from burning wood invalidate the fast, and does the smell of basil invalidate it?

If smoke reaches the throat of a fasting person without intention or deliberate action, their fast is not invalidated, because it is impossible to guard against it. However, if one intentionally swallows it, their fast is invalidated. As for smelling the scent of basil (reyhan), it does not affect the validity of the fast, though it is considered disliked by some scholars.
