What is the ruling of Islamic law on visiting astrologers who claim to see through horoscopes and treat with herbs for the purpose of obtaining medicine, while believing in Allah and His divine decree?

It is permissible to treat with herbs, for the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "For every disease there is a cure, and if the cure for the disease is found, it will be cured by the permission of Allah, the Mighty and Majestic." As for going to soothsayers and diviners for herbal treatment, it is not permissible; because it increases their numbers and deceives people, and because their herbal treatment is nothing but a cover for their sorcery and what their devils inspire.
