The answer

The divorce of an angry person is effective if he comprehends what he is saying. However, if he does not comprehend, then nothing is binding upon him. If the husband utters an explicit or conditional divorce, and he violates the condition, and this was the final divorce, then his wife becomes unlawful to him and she is not permissible for him until she marries someone else and he consummates the marriage with her, and then he divorces her. Conditional divorce, according to the majority of scholars, takes effect whether the husband intended divorce or not. Whereas Ibn Taymiyyah holds that only an expiation for an oath is required if the husband did not intend divorce.
