Is the marriage that took place between a Muslim man and a French Muslim woman, with an uncertified (عرفي) contract in her home, and whose witnesses were her son and two women from her neighbors, all of whom are non-Muslims, invalid according to Islamic law?

This marriage is invalid and must be annulled due to the failure to meet its conditions. The testimony of a disbeliever or a woman is not acceptable in marriage, nor is the testimony of a child for either of his or her parents.

He must immediately separate from the woman. Any children resulting from this union are attributed to him. A new marriage contract must be concluded through her Muslim guardian (wali), a Muslim judge, or a just Muslim man.
