Is food that comes from a person whose wealth is predominantly unlawful considered unlawful, and must it be avoided and not eaten?

If it is highly probable that all of a person's wealth is unlawful, then one must refrain from eating their food. However, if their unlawful wealth is mixed with lawful wealth, then refraining from their food is better, but it is not ruled as unlawful. It was narrated from Ibn Taymiyyah that if most of the wealth is unlawful, there is a dispute among scholars regarding it, and that a ruling of prohibition is not issued unless it is known that he is giving what is prohibited to give.
