Her insistence, despite her husband's refusal, is strange, especially since there is no urgent need for it. The problem can be solved by bringing an assistant for specific hours while the husband is away. 2. Her refusal to have children: This is not a right for her alone, as procreation is a shared right between spouses. Consultation can take place regarding birth spacing for a reasonable period due to necessity, but the decision is not hers alone.

The wife must fear Allah and obey her husband in matters that do not contradict Islamic law. She should stop insisting on and requesting a maid, and she should respond to her husband regarding pregnancy and procreation, as this is part of living together honorably. Otherwise, these actions of hers could lead to the failure of her marital life.
