If the shop manufactures and sells these clothes to women who use them for displaying their adornments (tabarruj): It is not permissible to work there, as it constitutes cooperation in sin and transgression.

If the shop manufactures and sells them to women who wear them in front of their husband or a mahram: There is no harm in working there.

If the shop manufactures and sells to both categories: One can work only in matters related to the permissible category. However, it is safer (more cautious) to remain in a children's clothing store.
