What is the ruling on the debit card issued by a usurious bank that offers prizes and rewards for purchases, knowing that the user does not pay any fees for it? And is it sufficient to transfer one's salary to an Islamic branch affiliated with a usurious bank to make it permissible?

It is impermissible to willingly deal with usurious banks, even in a permissible transaction, because it strengthens them and condones their sinful actions. The impermissibility of this has been affirmed by a resolution of the Islamic Fiqh Academy. Therefore, it is not permissible to open a current account or obtain a debit card from a usurious bank, as it ties a person to it. However, if the employer transfers the salary to a usurious bank and does not accept dealings with any other, then one must withdraw their salary as soon as it is deposited and deal with an Islamic bank. There is no objection to dealing with an Islamic branch of a usurious bank if it adheres to Sharia guidelines.
