What is the ruling on purchasing a house from a bank in installments and renting it out, then paying the monthly installments from the rent?

If the bank acquires ownership of a house and then sells it in a valid installment sale, it is permissible for the buyer to rent it out to someone else and pay the installments from the rent. There is no objection to this.
