What is the ruling on one from whom pre-seminal fluid is discharged after waking up from sleep and after bathing, or from whom wind or gas is discharged during or after prostration, and he does not know when it will stop, if the time for the next prayer is about to enter before he prays? Should he delay the prayer until its time has expired, or should he pray in that state? And what about the prayers he has performed in those states?

If you find enough time for purification and prayer before the prayer time expires, then wait to perform ablution and pray within that time. However, if your حدث (ritual impurity) is continuous or the time of its cessation is unknown, then your ruling is that of someone afflicted with سلس (incontinence/continuous impurity); you perform ablution after the time for the prayer has begun and then pray. You are not required to repeat prayers if you had followed this ruling while afflicted with it.
