It is not permissible to prevent a Muslim from teaching good and inviting to it, nor is obedience obligatory to one who commands such; because it is an order to conceal knowledge, and Allah Almighty says: (Indeed, those who conceal what We sent down of clear proofs and guidance after We made it clear for the people in the Scripture - those are cursed by Allah and cursed by the cursers), and there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator.
