What is the ruling on working for a company whose primary activity is operational and financial leasing?

It must be ensured that the nature of leasing and financing in the company complies with the Sharia controls mentioned in the specific fatwas. If the activities adhere to these, then there is no harm in working for it. However, if the lease is merely a cover for something prohibited, or if the financing consists of usurious loans, then it is not permissible to work there.
