The worker's wage must be given as soon as he completes the work, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Give the worker his wage before his sweat dries." It is forbidden for the company to delay paying its workers' wages. There is no objection to the worker taking a car from the company as compensation for two years of his work if they both agree to it. It does not harm the worker that the company bought the car with an interest-based loan, because the sin of the interest-based loan is attached to the lender's responsibility, not to the asset itself.
