What is the ruling on one who suffers from continuous or intermittent discharges and flatulence, such that the time one stops coincides with the beginning of the other, making prayer difficult for her, especially since flatulence increases after ablution and she has a specific time for prayer?

If the discharge of wind or fluids is continuous, such that you do not find enough time to pray with a valid state of purity, then you are considered to be afflicted with سلس (incontinence). In this case, you should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, and whatever is discharged thereafter will not harm you. However, if the discharge is not continuous and you do find sufficient time to pray with a valid state of purity, then it is obligatory for you to pray within that time. The matter of university is not an excuse to pray with an invalid state of purity.
