Your husband must honor his father, treat him kindly, and spend on him in a reasonable manner, even if he is not Muslim. It is not permissible to give money to the father if he uses it to disobey Allah, such as buying alcohol. He must be prevented from doing so, and this is not an act of disobedience. He should advise his father gently and kindly. The rights of the wife and daughters are among the most emphasized rights, so a man must spend on them in a reasonable manner.
