Is it permissible to profit from selling ready-made design templates obtained from companies that offer a monthly subscription service, after modifying them to meet the client's request?

There is no harm in renting design templates and working on them for a known period for a known fee. There is also no harm in selling the designs that have been created, provided two conditions are met:

1. The designs must be free of any Sharia-prohibited elements, such as forbidden images or promoting anything unlawful. 2. They must be sold to someone who will use them for a permissible purpose. If it is highly probable that they will be used for something forbidden, then selling them is not permissible, based on the Almighty's saying: ﴿And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression.﴾ Selling something intended for a forbidden purpose is not valid.
