It is permissible to incorporate the Qur'an into poetry if the intention is sound and aligns with the purpose of the Qur'an. However, incorporation for a corrupt purpose is not permissible. Accordingly, it is not permissible to incorporate the Qur'an into a romantic poem, as it contradicts the Qur'an's call for chastity.
