Is it permissible to visit websites that display advertisements for which "impressions" are recorded, and money is paid to the website owners for these impressions, especially if these websites contain anti-Islamic content, knowing that visiting them may contribute to supporting these websites and increasing their visitors, and is this considered a general affliction (umum al-balwa) that permits visiting them out of necessity?

As long as the websites you visit offer permissible benefits, and your purpose for visiting them is legitimate, and you do not participate with them in any wrongdoing, then their connection to disbelievers or enemies of Islam does not harm you.
