Is it true that Ibn Taymiyyah said: "His 'Arsh (Throne) is His Kursi (Footstool); it encompasses the heavens and the earth, and He sits upon it, with no more than four fingers to spare"?

Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah mentioned that the famous Hadith of Abdullah ibn Khalifa was rejected by a group of Hadith scholars due to its instability, while most of the Sunnis accepted it. Ibn al-Jawzi said that the Hadith is not authentic from the Messenger of Allah, and its chain of narration is very unstable, and Abdullah ibn Khalifa is not one of the Companions, in addition to the instability of the narrations in its text. Al-Albani declared it weak and described it as Munkar (denounced).
