How does a woman pray if she is suffering from استحاضة (prolonged vaginal bleeding outside of menstruation) and experiences significant blood flow?

A woman experiencing istihadah (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding) has three scenarios:

1. If she had a known menstrual period before the istihadah: She observes her usual known period, and anything beyond that is istihadah. 2. If she did not have a known menstrual period: She relies on differentiation (tamyiz). Her menses are distinguished by darkness, thickness, or a distinct odor. 3. If she did not have a known menstrual period and there is no valid differentiation: She follows the common custom of women. Her menses would be six or seven days each month, starting from the first day she observed the bleeding.

During the time when her menses are determined to have ended, she is ritually pure, and she may pray, fast, and her husband may approach her.
