The wife's act of killing is a major sin after polytheism (). We advise you to be patient and seek reward from Allah. There is no blame upon you for supplicating against her, and you bear no sin for what she did. As for your share of the inheritance, it is one-eighth (al-thumn) due to the presence of the daughter, and the killing wife does not inherit.
