Is it permissible for a woman to allow her husband to take back his divorced wife with two witnesses, knowing that polygamy is not permitted in their country?

It is permissible for a woman to allow her husband to reconcile with his divorced wife, even if the laws of the state prohibit it, because polygyny is permissible for a man if he has the financial and physical capacity, provided there is justice between the wives.
