Is thinking about remarrying considered an injustice to the wife and children, knowing that the wife does not meet the husband's physical and emotional needs and has become a source of problems?

Allah has legislated polygyny due to the many wisdoms it contains, among them: providing for women’s chastity due to their large numbers, increasing progeny, and protecting society from vice. Islam has stipulated for polygyny that a husband must not exceed four wives, must not combine between women whom it is forbidden to combine, and must deal justly between his wives in terms lodging and sustenance. Based on this, a man’s marriage to a second wife is permissible if the conditions of justice are met, and it is not a requirement to inform the first wife.
